Now that the magnanimous list is done, let's talk about the personal desires in life where it's just about "I, me and myself"!
My first love and passion (which has slowly graduated to become an obsession):
1. I want a BMW 320d before I die and drive to Goa on her maiden long drive!
2. Till the Beemer comes, I don't mind a Grand Vitara and go on weekend off-roading trips!
3. Before the Vitara, I don't mind a Skoda Laura 1.8 CRDI L&K for my weekend stress busting "lunch" drives!
4. And of course, before I move on to my first German-Czech lady love, for the normal day to day driving, an i20 CRDI white baby to satisfy my whims and fancies!
Next:
5. Have a house (not an apartment) in Bangalore in a 60X80 sqft site. An exclusive room on the top dedicated to myself.
6. Room would have wooden flooring, heavy air-conditioning and a "lazyboy" on one side.
7. One wall should have a wall-to-wall Bang Olufsen LED Panel.
8. Below the B&O, should be:
a. Yamaha 7.1 DTS Home theater receiver- HTR 5063.
b. Sony Blue ray disc player.
c. Jamo C 807 Concert series floor standing wooden speakers
d. Jamo C 80 Concert series subwoofers.
9. Next to the lazy boy on my left should be wall-to-wall shelves containing all my novels and car magazines which I love to read again and again!
10. On the right again should be again wall-to-wall shelves which should stock all my Music CD and DVD collection.
11. And the best would be behind the lazyboy- a fine all dark mahagony bar cabinet with a wet section for my beer & chill trays. A small cask behind the cabinet for the wine storage and a small frig for all the coronas/fosters/tuborgs!
That's about it, I guess for now. Am I greedy? Well, these are just plans for the future, man!
